Enjoying the undeniable beauty and limitless boundaries of joy and contentment can only be found in God’s creation and in the spirit of childhood. It’s not just about finding and nurturing the spirit of childhood, but preserving it. We believe that the precious things in life cannot be held or bought, but actually found in life itself. Children have an innate ability to find the beauty in the simple things: dirt, water, sticks, and trees! Joy and laughter come easily, hugs and kisses are freely given as well as received. The spirit of childhood can sometimes become lost and forgotten.
Here at Charleston's Happy Trails we believe faith, hope and love are the most precious aspects of life…but the greatest of these is love: love of God, our fellow man and the world in which He has entrusted to us. We believe as the summers come and go and as our dear children grow, that the memories of Charleston's Happy Trails and the spirit of childhood will forever be with them.
